It is my great pleasure to be able to provide you with this introduction to Waterloo Primary and Nursery School.

I hope that as you navigate around the site you get a feeling for a vibrant community where each individual is valued and can achieve their full potential whatever their talents

Like you, we want the very best for all our children.  We believe a school should be a special place that allows everyone to thrive: academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

Waterloo has been part of the community for over a 100 years and everyone at the school works hard to create a special "Waterloo ethos".
This website is intended to give you some background information about our school, its organisation and the curriculum.

The staff and I extend an invitation to you to visit us and see for yourselves what a modern school is like, and what learning opportunities the children have, as well as the standards they are able to achieve.

The level at which you become involved in the life of the school is yours to determine, but whichever way you wish to be involved, we welcome your support.

The staff, Governors and myself look forward to a productive partnership with you as your child embarks on their first stage of their formative education.
